Sure was...right there when I needed it. I called ahead, saying I'd have to depend on Best Buy to transfer files, handle setting it up and ready to go as I had a trip scheduled. I needed a little time to get my trade-in paid off and it put me in a big rush. When I got to the store, I told Daniel my name and he reached down and handed me a box with the new phone in it. He then answered all my questions, transfered my contacts and apps, put a screen protector on and got me going with the best phone I've ever had Cheers

Yes, they have displays and product specialists! They also are selling these phone's rapidly!

should be..they usually have a few on hand at all times..you can either call them ahead of time or maybe even order online. if they dont have it. you can have it shipped to your house so ya dont have to wait for it to be unloaded off the truck. they have ones in store to play with as well. its frickin fast and awesome so far. sept the fprint reader gets a C-. but i dont use it much now. put everything in secure folder and ya dont need to protect your stuff
