• Yes the phone comes with excellent earbuds that plug into the charging port.

• Yes there is a way. You will have to get an adapter. Usb cable C on one end and a 3 5 on the other, like the Iphones.

• you can buy and adapter, it goes from the phones USB-C to a 3.5 mm audio jack. I bought one and it works great
