• Depends on the option you choose. If you do choose the 24 month installment plane, then yes.

• Yes just call your carrier and ask them to unlocj. They wont charge you anything. If you pay the remaining balance before the 24 months you can also ask them to unlock without any additional payment.

• You should be able to call the cell provider once you have paid the phone off and they will unlock it.

• Sprint has unlocked my Note 8 after 24 months, and it has now Freedompop which uses At&t network... so I assume this should be the same with Note 10/10+
