I am trying to get the Note 10+ 5G UNLOCKED version to use on Tmobile when their 5g is in my market next year.
It looks like only the Verizon version comes in 5g. Can I get that and get it unlocked to use on tmobile? null

You can always buy the unlocked phones but Verizon carries CDMA models and T-Mobile Carries GSM model so it might not support. But you can always check with your Carrier if it is supported or not. And if you buyout(Payfull) Verizon model it’s should be unlocked and ready to use in any carrier.
