With the usb c to hdmi cable the s10+ should activate Samsung dex which allows to mirror your phone to a tv or use your phone as a desktop computer(this should work for many tvs) this mode should activate on its self since most new Samsung phones have this enabled. If it doesn't work, try different cables because some cables tend to not work.
