I am pretty sure it wont if you buy the Sprint version. Unless Sprint has an international plan, might want to contact them. Or if you mean if you can bring the Sprint version phone (without a Sprint service/plan) to Bangladesh and use it with a phone company there, I think it has to be unlocked. Not 100% sure so don't take my word but trying to help.
