“I have Samsung galaxy note 8. I currently use an app called Live Subscriber which helps translate voice to text. Will the Note 10+ provide better translation? I am hard of hearing and this helps me about 70%.”

I have always used Gboard keyboard, it has the microphone icon for voice to text. Only time I have had any issues is in noisy environments. I hope this was helpful.
