If your old phone is still working, the BB Associate can easily transfer everything. My old phone quit working. I am not techie at all. It took me a while to figure out how to transfer everything to my new phone, and I could not tell you how I did it. Just about everything transferred, although I lost the lists in my "Samsung Notes" app. I hope that helps.
