Samsung - Galaxy Note20 5G 128GB - Mystic Gray (AT&T)

So, I already had a Samsung s10 plus from 2019 and I really needed a Note phone, I didn’t want to spend a lot of money on another phone. So, the Note 20 5G is almost exactly what the doctor ordered, it has everything i need for my mobile photo editing and productivity. The only thing that I don’t like about the phone is that it doesn’t have a slot for a microsd card, but it has 128gb internal storage. It’s all good. Overall i love this phone. And it just got updated to android 11 android 11 just made this phone even better that it already was.

It works perfectly! just like overpriced samsung products should.

Great phone that is still kicking along today! We purchased this two years ago and it still kicking along today. As we do with all of our phones, they are immediately put into a very durable OtterBox protector setup that is top of the line and with a great screen protector. With periodic cleanings this phone still looks brand new. Today, works just as well and still serves every purpose we purchased it for. It is now being gifted to one of my daughters so the wife can get a new one!

For starters, my last phone was the Note 9-which is another darn cool/awesome phone but the new Note 20 is a little more. I'd say there's always a bunch of new tips and tricks to new phones that I'm never aware of until I'm shown them. I recommend to search Youtube for Note 20 tips and tricks...there's loads of new features or features I wasn't aware of. All these things make the phone pretty darn awesome. I switched from Iphones-way back in the 4 or 4s days and haven't looked back. A fan of the Note series and have an upgrade available-get the phone.

It's amazing. This phone lasts me for a whole day and a half with texting, calling, and light app usage (games. Youtube). The pen is an ultimate plus because I can save pdfs and write directly on top of them which is a huge plus. Also, I highly recommend getting the S view flip cover (if you want to protect your screen) and with that case, I can see notifications, answer phone calls and call people (through Google assistant) without having to wake my phone. 12/10 is my rating!

Upgraded from a Note 5. WE moved all my apps and emails, texts etc from my old phone, fairly seamless. I would recommend that you make sure everything is backed up first. I hadn't done a "Backup & Sync" on my Whatsapp for a few weeks so lost a few things on that. This phone has a few new features that are requiring a bit of a learning curve. It took me quite a while the first day to figure out how to turn the phone OFF!!! The next day I downloaded the 200 page manual & learnt how to program the side key to turn it on & off. Haven't tried the camera yet, but it can apparently work miracles (according to the manual). I recommend a case & screen protector as it is very slim & feels very fragile without. However, I got a tempered glass screen protector and it does not allow the fingerprint scanner to work, luckily I also had a pin # for security.

I like the Samsung - Galaxy Note 20 5G 128 GB. It seem familiar having previously owned an S10. I didn't have a big learning curve this time around and could pretty much just use it right away. That was the thing holding me back from upgrading. The fear of having to invest a lot of time in figuring out how to use the features.
