Yes. If you have an samsung now you can do it yourself using samsung switch. It's pretty easy.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you purched it from Best Buy most likely. But you can do it yourself with the built in transfer apps. Either way you will need your Google account credentials. The store rep made my transfer from an S8 to a Note 20 Ultra 5 g. I purchases a new 1/2 TB micro memory card and she was able to direct my photos to the card. Literally EVERYTHING transferred except some passwords. Oh, BTW, the transfer took 1.5 hrs so have both charged and a charger handy.
