no blinking light for notifications just a icon in top left corner ,there is no head phone jack but you can buy usb type c to 3.5 mm adapter that plugs into charging port for the use of wired head phones and the answer to the last question i just tried it yes you can use internet while on phone with no wifi connection

Please try again later.There is no blinking light on the front for notifications however there is the edge lighting that moves around within the edge of the glass screen for notifications. The edge lighting can be customized to any color you choose as well as different patters that rotate or fade in and out when getting notifications. Checkout the Note 20 ultra edge lighting on YouTube. There is no 3.5mm headphone on the Note 20 series phones. The last Note to have that was the Note 9 however you can get a USB-C to 3.5mm jack and use it to plug in headphones. Using mobile data you can talk and browse the internet simultaneously together and the same can be done using Wi-Fi.
