Yes you just need to extend your contract for two years if you do not have a contract you need to sign A2 year contract your plan will not change unless it's a plan they no longer offer

Yes, I am with Sprint and had fulfilled my agreement. I got a discount on this phone purchase by updating for another two years.

There are two ways to go about doing it, you can pay cash for the phone outright or you can do the two-year contract
