I would call my Carrier to ask them if their is a trick or new way to do this without any problems. Then link onto an Internet tech support and see if other people have the same type of? you ask. Or start your own conversation & maybe someone else will answer your ?. Start by googling your question & look at the different sites to see which you like. I've found many of my problems have been answered by other cell users.
