• I would call my Carrier to ask them if their is a trick or new way to do this without any problems. Then link onto an Internet tech support and see if other people have the same type of? you ask. Or start your own conversation & maybe someone else will answer your ?. Start by googling your question & look at the different sites to see which you like. I've found many of my problems have been answered by other cell users.

• It should pair up ok. I have a 2011 Hyundai Elantra and mine pairs up fine. Sometimes I have to reset it though.

• Had no problems pairing my note 2 and 3 with the 2 different Hyundai sonatas that I rented. Not sure about this phone yet.

• I had no problems pairing it with our 2014 Tucson.
