You can, but beware of how it will affect your plan. Since I bought the Note 5 from Best Buy, Sprint charges a monthly $15 discount phone charge for buying the phone from an outside vendor if you have a term contract. After several uphill battles with Sprint, they waived the charge for the 24 months.
