Both my wife and I purchase unlocked Note 8 phones from Best Buy. Activate your phone from your carrier of choice. To claim your free items you must download the shopsamsung app first. Create your account if you do not have one. Log into the app and select promotions. This will bring up a screen to fill out with all the information required. I attached my receipt where asked for. My wife did not. Both of us were confirmed with our promotions. Email confirmation was received. You can check your status at any time with the app and promotions. We were told 6 to 7 weeks. And once you have your device download the Samsung shopping app add the merchandise along with your screen shot. Once they verify your purchase you will receive an email confirming your free order with shipping details.
