• yeah, Best Buy handles AT&T the same way an AT&T store would.

• Yes. They will send you an envelope to mail your phone back to AT&T. You will be responsible for paying up to your upgrade date, and taxes on the Note 8, and a "$25 Upgrade fee"

• Yes! I actually just did the same myself! they will give you all the information and shipping labels you need to return your phone once you receive the new phone.
