As far as I know you can only buy it direct from samsung to get the Note 7 discount, but you can use your best buy visa for the payment if you want to.

AT&T is only offering up to $200, but that is for anyone that wants to trade in a phone. I also had the Note 7, both versions. But, other than the first two carriers, no one else is offering recompense. The "UP to $450" is through SAMSUNG only. They have forums on the SAMSUNG site, and everyone is upset at the way it is being handled.
