Please try again later.Sure you can trade in do you owe any balance on your phone if so you must pay that off then trade it in beware the store will give you the lowest price possible for your trade in. There are 2 sites I visit before a trade in It's Worth More and Gazelle. The will give you more for you phone in most cases much more. I use It's Worth More I've had very good experiences with them they're very fair and honest. They will generate a pre paid shipping label and e mail it to you wrap the phone in a small box take it to UPS or FedEx hand it to them get a receipt and walk out that's it. When they receive it they will e mail you the rest is history enjoy your new Note 8 hopefully they don't go up in smoke again. Bobbyo
