I've heard a lot of conflicting answers about this. Some people claim to have received notification that their phone is shipping. Others claim that Best Buy has told them that it wouldn't be available until the 15th. My hope is that Best Buy doesn't keep us waiting unnecessarily and lets us pick the phones up as soon as they arrive. My biggest worry is that, since I pre-ordered in-store, I will have to wait until the 15th, while everyone else gets theirs before.
