“Deepsea Blue denied as upgrade via online tool, but not black or grey... (Verizon). Anyone else seeing this? Fixable in store??”

• I've seen the same thing today. Visited the store and they told me they were also having sporadic trouble on-site with activation of the Deepsea Blue color on Verizon. So it sounds like the best thing to do is keep trying online until they resolve their issues, or call the store to confirm that everything is working there.
