If you go to Bestbuy you get a bettet deal, then call Sprint and speak to a human being, they will consider you for being a loyal customer and would usually waive your activation fee or give you a statement credit. If that doesn't work try getting upset and mention how long you have to wait to speak to a human being and plead your case...it works for me everytime.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm pretty sure the 24 months through Best Buy, are actually installments not lease payments. At the end of the 24 months you would own the phone. For Sprint, they got rid of the installments. At the end of the 18 months, you either opt for paying the rest of the 6 months for the full price of the phone. (I don't know if it'd be the $30 or if they would make you make up those loyalty credits.) Or you can trade in at the 12 or 18 month options. Depends if you want this phone for a long time or not really. I don't like dealing with Sprint. I'd always rather go through Best Buy.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm with Sprint and I was told by Sprint that even if I order through BB I still get my loyalty credit. Try calling Sprint again and have them put it in your acct notes.
