It seems you don't have an answer bc they don't want to bear the bad news. Simultaneous Voice and data right now is a no go, "still working on network to provide this" is what I get from them, but service is fast though and is constantly improving. The last phone to give Voice and data was note 3 due to the type of antenna used. The pre-order situation would require you to come out of pocket and after 2 months from activation you would get reimbursed for all the extra charges/ start seeing your savings to reflect offer. Hope this helps. I've been with sprint about 15 years, I guess they alright :-)
