Is the $20 a phone payment or your monthly line access fee? I'm guessing it's the line access fee. If You purchase the Note 8, and your phone cost is $26.50 a month, plus $20 line access you, will be paying $46.50 plus taxes and fees. You may also have to pay, the $30 upgrade fee. Call Verizon before you purchase, inform them you are upgrading and would they please waive this fee. Ask them to notate this in their system... Because Best buy can't waive it.
