“I have been a lifetime iPhone user, and am considering making the switch to the Note 9 instead of the latest iPhone. I read on a blog that the Note 9 does have facial recognition to unlock the phone, but it isn't very reliable. Is this true?”

I have had the Note 9 since the week it was released and have not had any negative issues thus far. This phone is truly innovative and you will not regret switching.
