Once you receive the phone, you have to download the Samsung shop app on your note 9. From there, you will provide proof of purchase, and be able to claim the AKG Headphones or the Fortnite Bundle.

Tap the Menu Icon on top left > My Inbox > Turn Up Your Play offer. 4. Tap See If I'm Eligible to get started. 5. Tap Allow when prompted to allow Shop Samsung to make and manage phone calls. 6.
