A:AnswerYes. You're not "activating" the phone in your usage of the term. Your simply ordering the phone through Verizon's upgrade program. It'll come with instructions on how to activate when you receive it. Great purchase, btw! I LOVE this phone!
A:AnswerI'm pretty sure that Amazon and B&H aren't offering both the headphones and the wireless charger and duo dock.
It's either or.

A:AnswerNo this cannot be done in Store. You will need to go on Samsung.com and follow the instructions to redeem the products. If its the same as all other promotion in the past I have done with Samsung. they will require Proof of Receipt of purchase along with the imei of the device and a photo copy of the receipt.
A:AnswerYes, you will lose features. I can no longer use wifi calling. Not really sure everything I lost. Lost some customization things like cant change message bubbles, or styles. Only way is get entire themes and they want to charge for most themes.
A:AnswerI don't know which carrier you are talking about, but I can speak in general terms. Most of the "locked" versions come with a lot of carrier-specific software that takes up space and may or may not be able to be deleted. For example, Verizon's version comes with myVerizon and a bundle of (what I consider) unnecessary software that doesn't allow you to delete. The phone also boots up with a carrier-themed logo and I think that slows it down, albeit very little - but still. All these apps - or similar apps - are available on the Google Play store and you can pick and choose what you'd like. Some of the carriers lock the phone to their network for a period of time. I can only speak for my experience with Verizon - they let you unlock a phone after a few months if it's paid in full. The unlocked version is also universally compatible with all carriers that use a SIM card so you can jump around from carrier to carrier, porting your number to whatever carrier you like or has the best offering at the time. Good luck!
A:AnswerUsing mine with Straight Talk as I type this. All I did was switch my sim card from my previous phone. And for future reference, any unlocked phone should work on Straight Talk as Straight Talk uses Sprint, Verizon, T Mobile, and AT&T. Just buy the BYOP kit from Walmart, or buy a service card and which Sim card you want that works best in your area.
A:AnswerIt means if you go in today or any day while this promotion lasts, you can activate the note 9 in store (like add this phone to your plan) you will only pay 799.99 for the phone. activation fee is usually about 30$
