Why are these still using Oreo instead of pie null

On some devices, you'll receive a notification about the One UI update. But other times, you may need to do a manual software update. If you still haven't received the One UI, you should check if a software update is available. 1.To check for a software update, navigate to and open Settings. 2.Search for and select Download updates manually. 3.If a software update is available, follow the prompts to install the update.
