• Yes. It is an authentic Samsung pen that originally comes with the Samsung Note 9 Plus. I bought mine from Best Buy to ensure that it was. Many of the ones on Amazon were knock offs and didn't have Bluetooth.

• It does have bluetooth. Works exactly like the one that came with the phone

• Yes, you have to reset new pen on your phone.
