“sims card when I turn on the phone it says no sims card inserted I was wondering if and how I can get the message to stop and if it really needs a sims card or an microsd card”

• You likely inserted the SD card incorrectly (like I did the first time). Take your time. make sure the phone is off. It slides right next to the phone's SIM Card that says, the carrier's name on it.

• Have you taken the back off your phone to see if it does have a sims card, otherwise resetting factory settings may solve the problem
