- Answer I just received it yesterday...This is definitely not a "Brand New", but looks like it was used for couple days and then someone returned it back to the store. The only way I could tell that it was used was by small scuffs near camera housing, and rest looks "New". It came in a white Samsung box with all accessories, and manual. The one I received has "At&T logo and software"...worked like new.

- Answer yes this unlocked GSM phone should work with T Mobile, no problem, it's an unlocked GSM phone so it works with any GSM provider.

- Answer Yes, this is a GSM phone and Consumer Cellular is a GSM network. You would need a SIM card from Consumer Cellular.

- Answer It likely will work great in Kazakhstan unless the carrier there uses the same technology as T-Mobile here in the United States. Here it doesn't send or receive calls 50% of the time. This is an unlocked phone that was originally configured for AT&T. Just don't use it on T-Mobile and you'll be fine.

- Answer They are AT&T phones. I was assured when I bought it that it would NOT be an AT&T phone. I had it replaced by BestBuy and the second phone they sent me was also an AT&T phone. The phone works with the T-Mobile network but all the AT&T apps are still on the phone.
