A:AnswerI don't know of any smart phones that come without texting as part of the plan. You would have to look at a more basic phone for that. If you like the other features of the smart phone (like apps, games, syncing with e-mail, etc.), then you'll have to take the data plan that goes with it.
A:AnswerHi! Thanks for your question.
To find the upgrade price of a phone at Best Buy.com, click "Add to Package" for the phone you are looking at, and then click "Existing Customer." You will then see the upgrade price for the phone.

One thing I would recommend is our Geek Squad Black-Tie Protection. It is a monthly cost, usually $9.99 a month on iPhones it is $14.99, deducted from your credit card account, that covers everything except full water submersion and it being lost or stolen. That means even if you break the phone we will fix it or replace it for free with no deductible. This can only be added in store up to 30 days after the phone is purchased from Best Buy. Even if you were to have gotten a free phone when you signed your contract, it will cost you almost $300 to replace it. So keep that in mind when you decide to get a new phone.

A:AnswerSince the SGS3 uses a capacitive touch screen, you would actually need to use your finger tips, and not your finger nails, to use the touch screen.

A:AnswerIf your talking about information, the same apps will do that if signed in under the same user on both. If you mean sharing connection, then the S3 does have a tether setting to share that as well. I have not used it yet, but it is there.
A:AnswerHi! Thanks for your question.
This phone is only sold at Best Buy locked to the carrier, and there is no possible way to ever unlock it.Most phones sold in U.S.A. today are locked to a carrier. The same is for the phones we sell. I have provided a link to the unlocked phones we sell, a very large selection. If it has a carriers name in the title, it is locked to that carrier. If it has unlocked in the title, it is unlocked. These phones can be used on any GSM SIM card carrier, anywhere around the world.
