• You will need to call Verizon to activate your new phone but the process is less than 10 minutes. You will also pay a $40 activation fee despite already being a Verizon customer.

• The S10 comes with its own Sim card. The transfer of contacts, apps, & pictures is done via a cord or wireless, from old phone to new phone. I tried changing out Sim cards, from my S7 to my S10 and the phone wouldn't activate/work. I called the helpdesk and was told the original SIM needs to stay in the S10.
