- Answer This is my biggest irk! The companies do this to entice new customers. If you trade in a phone before the term is up..the older phone is not feasibly paid for even if the new one costs more.

QuestionI'm kind of confused, I always have the flex lease and after 12 months upgrade to the new model. I have a 9+ and now it is saying I have 12 months more of payments! I go and look and it has it listed as 24mo! Do they not do the flex lease 12mo anymore?

QuestionWhat is the vapor chamber cooling compared to the s10 without it(it's only in the + plus model?)? Does this really prevent thermal throttling?? Is it worth the larger device in the ling run or is it more likely to be an issue when dropped? THanx

- Answer The S10+ doesn't even get hot compare to the previous phone I had which was the S7 now that one got super hot. I have the S10+ now and it's usually super cool. The only time it got hot once was when I opened and started it began downloading multiple apps at once.
