Download app from google play store called smart switch & then you can transfer all data onto your new phone. I had to do it several times because i had alot of Pics, msgs, data, so i just selected what i wanted to bring over as in just sending data then sent pics, msgs, etc & was successful. Couldn't do them all at the same time but it worked that way. U only have to do them separately if you have too much to do at 1 time. Otherwise just select all you want to bring over to new phone & it does it. Hope that helps someone.
