- Answer Idk if this helps any but I had net 10 and all I had to do is pay for the phone and pop my sim card in and I was good to go. I got the unlocked version. All I did was backup my old phone so I could transfer my pictures, contacts and all my texts.

- Answer It means you have to have a NEW account set up with the carrier in order to get the discount! Irritates me that long time AT&T customers don't get the advantage of the price break for their long term loyalty. Other carriers I think allow for an UPGRADE. AT&T doesn't

- Answer If you buy AT & T, and pay in full - once paid you have to call a t & t to get them to get you the unlock code for it to be used anywhere else or any other sim
