• The wireless earbuds are only for those who preordered the phone before release day. If you did, then bestbuy will give you a sheet with information on how to claim the earbuds. It's a simple process, it took me less than 5 minutes to complete

• Are you with Sprint? For some reason Sprint does not offer the vermic black 512GB model. I had to buy the unlocked version. I noticed Verizon offers the 512GB cermic black but I'm not sure about other carriers.
