If your AT&T Next plan is paid off or you purchase the phone at full price from AT&T, you can get the instructions from AT&T to unlock the phone and move the phone to Cricket. You can also purchase unlocked AT&T phone from Amazon much cheaper then get a new sim card from Cricket.
