- Answer Does not come with a case. You will need to buy that separately. I bought an Otterbox Commuter. Great Case that I have had on my last 3 Samsung phones.

- Answer In the past I was using an iPhone activated for AT&T and then I used a H20 simcard and it was working fine, I guess it will be the same in your case.
