• Yes they can but you can also do it yourself at home using the smart switch app. It's your choice if you want to have them do it in store or do it yourself at home.

• Yes there is an app called smart switch the new phone has it so no need to download

• They were NOT able to accomplish this with my purchase. Some data did transfer but not all the apps.

• Yes, they will... Samsung phones have a SmartSwitch feature that automatically transfers everything form old phone to new... but maybe that only works if your old phone was a Samsung also?... not sure about that... check with BB.
