Q: QuestionIssue: Deleting history and cache via the Samsung Internet app does NOT work. Back button recovers history. There's a workaround but BB will not post the directions. They also removed my 1st post and incorrect answer from the product ambassador.

• A:Answer Here's the answer to my own question. BB wouldn't publish this before, so trying again. This is the only solution found so far that actually works. Workaround: Go into the phone... settings... apps.... samsung internet... (force stop)... storage... clear data. This was the only way I've discovered that will actually clear data and prevent the back button from recovering all your history.
