Since T-Mobile purchased Sprint, I don't think there now is any different. I'm with Sprint but there are no more stores, so I just go into a T-Mobile store now and deal with them. I still get my bills from Sprint, but could pay at the T-Mobile store if I wanted to. I think in the future Sprint will be entirely merged into the parent company. I would just either call T-Mobile or go into a store and confirm if you haven't yet done so.
