Questionis the price 18.33/ 30 months for new customer only or can the galaxy s21 phone be an upgrade from my old Verizon motoz4 phone. and do I need to change my service plan to get this price. thx

- Answer I bought the phone for my wife and got the sale price even though we are existing Verizon customers. Depending on which plan you have currently, you may need to upgrade to a compatible plan. My wife is on the Start Unlimited plan and did not need to change plans.

- Answer When I picked this up from my local Best Buy, there was a Verizon 5g sim card already in it. And the Samsung seal on the box was not broken, so I do not think anyone in my local store put in the sim card. I could not get anyone to tell me for sure who/where/when put the sim card in it. Nonetheless, I was very happy to receive this phone with the sim card in it. Excellent phone.
