• A:Answer Samsung decided to remove the SD card feature. I'm sure you could Google various answers but I believe lit was a part of reducing the price of the phones this year. When you plug the phone in your computer you will have a notification that will allow you to click on it. You give permissions to the computer and you can go through file explorer in windows to get to the storage folders. DCIM folder will contain your photos.
