Yes, it's going to have all the options that is found on the Note 20 ultra excluding the Bluetooth features. For example: you can't use it to take pictures or use it to control the phone with gesture. Also has that 9ms response rate.

It’s more capable and sensitive than a generic stylus. As of today (July 2021) the S pen does not support Bluetooth features (like remote camera shutter) that were in S pens in the Note 9 and later Note models. But Samsung will soon release the S Pen Pro, which will offer Bluetooth functions for this and other current models.
