A:AnswerI pre-ordered one on Feb. 10, 2022 in store. Bought it outright. Had to put a 100% deposit down at time of order. Was told it would be in on the Feb. 25, 2022 release date. Here it is March 5, 2022 and I am still waiting for the phone. I agree, if the product can not be delivered on the release date, do not take pre-orders.
A:AnswerYes, I did. You have to go into the store to pre-order. Just because a pre-order was placed, does not mean that Best Buy will have them on the release date. Still waiting for mine.
A:AnswerI pre-ordered my S22 Ultra 512 GB green on Feb. 10th (the first day of pre-orders). I ordered at my Best Buy store. By the time I got home, I had an E-mail from Best Buy telling me that I would be able to pick it up on April first. When I asked Best Buy it would be so long even ordering the phone on the first day, they told me that Samsung did not expect the demand for the 512 GB that they got. Bottom line, is Samsung under produced.
A:AnswerI would guess that the answer would be no, unless you DO NOT unbox and use it. Once a phone has been activated Best Buy can no longer sell it as new. I don't think that Best Buy would take that much of a hit just for a color change.
