    • Answer Upgrade means improvement. I currently have Samsung Galaxy S23 256GB. This cell phone is a big improvement over my previous cell. I had a Samsung Galaxy S21 with half the GB that my new cell has. My previous cell phone was stolen so I had to buy a new one. I'm glad I decided to upgrade. It's faster & holds more information, photos, etc. I highly recommend this phone and purchasing from Best Buy because they have the best prices plus their employees are knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. and highly recommend it to others.
