QuestionMy back camera isn’t working, it states “warning camera failed” and it won’t allow me to take any pictures. Whenever I try to use my flashlight it says camera is in use on WhatsApp. I used the Samsung members app and it told me what the issue was.

- Answer The Samsung S24FE comes with the USB-C cable, if you have a computer with a USB-C port you can charge from that. Otherwise you'll need to purchase a USB-C charger that plugs into a wall plug. They are very inexpensive, perhaps you have one from another device?

QuestionI don't understand the pricing options. It says $472 but you upcharge if I don't want you to do anything to it, and knock $30 off if you connect it to a network? And if I add this to my cart, can I not take it if the damage is to bad?

- Answer That's the risk you take from 3rd party vendors - buyer beware.. Did you contact Amazon and tell them about your experience? Best Buy only sells new merchandise (unless explicitly stated "open box") and they stand behind their products with their "return policies".

QuestionI've had the Galaxy S24 FE since Nov. 2024. My husband's Motorola Razr and has no issues with internet searches, email and text messaging while on the road but mine often fails to connect and shows no service. I've tried Samsung support but no luck. Help

- Answer Are you only having issues with data (texting & accessing internet)? Make sure your phones settings are correct - data roaming is turned on, your carrier may charge extra for "roaming" - talk to your cellular service provider about "roaming".
