• A:Answer That's the beauty of unlocked. Freedom!!! You are not restricted by a carrier. For instance say Tmobile doesn't have towers overseas then your restricted but if there is another network all you need is a sim card for that network

• A:Answer Verizon bought Tracfone which includes PagePlus back in November 23, 2021. So since Samsung states that it is an 'unlocked phone compatible with Verizon,' you should be fine.
