QuestionLast year I purchased a phone from Amazon. Receiving no documentation, I went to Samsung's website. They would not help me or provide documents because the phone had already been registered in another country. Can that happen with Best Buy?

- Answer That's the risk you take from 3rd party vendors - buyer beware.. Did you contact Amazon and tell them about your experience? Best Buy only sells new merchandise (unless explicitly stated "open box") and they stand behind their products with their "return policies".

QuestionI've had the Galaxy S24 FE since Nov. 2024. My husband's Motorola Razr and has no issues with internet searches, email and text messaging while on the road but mine often fails to connect and shows no service. I've tried Samsung support but no luck. Help

- Answer Are you only having issues with data (texting & accessing internet)? Make sure your phones settings are correct - data roaming is turned on, your carrier may charge extra for "roaming" - talk to your cellular service provider about "roaming".

QuestionCan you confirm that this unlocked phone would work on US Mobile's WARP network? I know that they use Verizon's towers/network so I would expect that it would be fine.

- Answer Yes majority of carriers can send esims now, so if you have a cdma or a gsm you should be able to switch with ease. Just got to make sure your phone is paid for with the ability to be unlocked from your previous carrier.

- Answer Majority of the time, but usually when a company refurbish your phone then that means it went through quality inspection twice. Refurbish doesn't always mean it was broke, it is usually just returned. The store cannot put it back on the shelves until inspected by quality inspector. That is why some companies charge a restocking fee.
