- Answer I believe you can purchase Geek Squad protection. (I have a Total membership so mine came with 24 months included.) Also, depending on it’s condition, when you register the phone with Samsung, they’ll offer you an included 1 Year Manufacturer Warranty with the option to purchase Samsung Care.

- Answer Helped my mother in law with this a little while back, you have to download your carriers visual voicemail app, then call them to have them activate the visual voicemail since you are not on "their phone."
